This 8.8 oz. back pilled fabric is thicker and sturdier than you would think possible. The fabric is knitted in a tight-fitting style, and the width of the loops in the back pile is adjusted, and the loop length and yarn count themselves are also adjusted to achieve a unique knitting technique. The ribs are also finished in a robust 2 x 2 (two-by-two) pattern, giving the garment an outstanding sense of presence.
