I might have failed.... I thought it might have been a mistake...
I had previously made a white T-shirt, but this time I asked for a black sweatshirt. When I uploaded the data for printing on the back and sleeves, the back was shown to be put on the black sweatshirt and the sleeves were white, so I forgot to make them transparent. I was worried about how it would turn out, but when I saw the actual product, I was relieved. It was not as weird as I thought it would be, and I thought it might have been fine without the transparency.
It took a little too long
It took too long from order to delivery. I received a confirmation email right away, but a week passed without any contact from the designer. After a few days, I finally received the usual email confirmation, production started, and delivery was made. As a result, it took over two weeks for delivery. What kind of management is going on?
Speedy and well done good
The results were excellent, exactly as shown in the attached photo, with no roughness in the image quality. The speedy delivery on the same day is great, but it is also great that it usually takes less than a week to arrive. Thanks again for your help. Thank you very much. It was different from the preview
I was disappointed that the illustration on the event backpack I received the first time was smaller than the one I saw in the preview, but when I provided details, they immediately responded and printed it larger again. Thank you very much for your prompt response.

It was good
I made a commemorative T-shirt for my friends to wear. The material is not too thin and the standard T-shirts are very good. The resolution was set to a high level, so the small letters I was worried about were perfectly clear. Unfortunately, the colors of the T-shirt images used on the website and design screen are a little different from the real thing. Grayish colors and oatmeal in particular are quite different, and the marbled material does not come across at all in the images. If you could improve this point, it would have been a perfect score.
■Notes on ordering
- White ink will not be printed on the product color "white". If you use white in your design, please note that the corresponding area will be transparent (the color of the material).
Please note that the white of the design will be printed on bodies other than white. Please be sure to make the areas you do not wish to print transparent (PNG format) before ordering.
