Since inkjet printing uses CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black), special colors such as gold, silver, metallic, and fluorescent cannot be reproduced.
If such colors are included in your design, they will be approximated with CMYK tones. For example: gold will appear ochre-like, and silver will appear grayish
We will reproduce your design as accurately as possible, but due to differences in monitors, materials, and ink reproduction methods, exact colors may vary. Also, the material of the item and the resolution of the design will affect the finished product. Please note that all colors are reproduced with CMYK inkjet printing. The printed result may differ slightly from the on-screen preview.
Lines thinner than 1 mm or smaller than 1 point may not reproduce accurately.
Please take this into account when creating detailed designs.
On the design tool, the blue frame for S–L T-shirt printing (front and back) measures approximately 29 cm × 40 cm.
Sizes may vary for kids’ T-shirts, women’s sizes, and other items. Please contact us for details. Due to the nature of textiles, the print size may vary by up to 1 cm.

Full-surface inkjet printing is available. For items not supporting full-surface printing, only the area inside the blue border will be printed.
For smartphone cases: Android cases are printed on the sides, while iPhone cases use vacuum sublimation printing on the sides. Other cases are printed with UV inkjet on the surface only. Both methods support full-color printing.
Other miscellaneous items are printed using UV inkjet, a full-color process.
Streamers are printed using a full-color sublimation transfer process.

All textile products are printed using inkjet (CMYK) based on the submitted design data.
For textiles other than white, we apply a pretreatment agent to improve ink adhesion, print a white base layer, and then print the design in CMYK inkjet.
White textiles are printed directly in CMYK inkjet, which may result in a slightly lighter overall finish.
Please note that printed colors may differ from what you see on your monitor, as exact reproduction is not possible with inkjet printing.
Please note that we are not able to reproduce the image perfectly because it is reproduced by inkjet.
Inkjet print results can vary depending on the material and fabric color. For non-white textiles, a pretreatment with white ink (called ‘white pull’) is applied before CMYK inkjet printing.
White textiles are printed directly in CMYK, which may result in a paler finish compared to colored textiles.
Because of this process, colored textiles generally have a sharper and clearer finish compared to white textiles.
Please be aware that colors may not exactly match your submitted design due to the limitations of inkjet printing.
Printed sleeves measure approximately 10 cm square (about 89 mm wide × 100 mm high).
Designs are created in RGB, which has a wider color gamut on PC and smartphone screens, but printing is done in CMYK, which has a narrower color range.
As a result, vivid RGB colors will be converted to the nearest possible CMYK equivalent.
RGB colors are produced through light on screens, while CMYK colors are created with actual ink, which can result in visible differences.
Please note that exact color fidelity cannot be guaranteed.
Polo shirts are made with mesh-like fabrics, while dry-fit shirts use fabrics with honeycomb structures. The print may be slightly affected by the base fabric color.
This is a natural characteristic of these fabrics, so please keep it in mind when designing.
For the best color reproduction, we recommend choosing materials with a high cotton content.
Fabric dimensions may vary slightly, so the left, right, top, and bottom sides may not always align perfectly.
This is within the normal tolerance of manufacturing standards.
T-shirt prints are centered based on the shirt’s width, not the tag position.
If there is a misalignment of 2 cm or more either vertically or horizontally, please contact us.
Variations of 2 cm or less are considered within acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not eligible for refunds or remakes.
When submitting AI files (CMYK) through our tools, the data will be converted to PNG format for printing.
Because PNG files use RGB color mode, they will be converted back into CMYK for printing, which may affect final colors.
For the above reasons,
Exact reproduction of colors such as Sumi Black (K100) or Y100 cannot be guaranteed.
Dark tones (e.g., black vs. dark gray) may not always be clearly distinguishable.
Please note that the following are not acceptable.
If an image is created in CMYK, color discrepancies are reduced compared to RGB.
However, when converting between the two, some fading may occur—especially if any CMYK value is set to 0%.

T-shirts other than 100% cotton white are colored relatively well.

If you do not require a background, please ensure that it is set to transparent.
For clear phone cases, a white base layer (‘white pull’) will be applied.
Gradation designs will appear with a white background.
Colors may appear differently on screen compared to the actual product, especially for mixed fabrics such as ‘Mokuro Gray.’
Some fabric textures make it difficult to reproduce colors exactly in design tools or on product previews.
Even for solid fabrics, printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.

For side-surface printing (full-surface designs), sublimation transfer printing is used.
Due to heat application in the process, there may be a deviation of up to 5 mm, particularly noticeable near the edges.
For surface-only designs, UV inkjet printing is used, with a possible deviation of up to 2 mm.
We recommend avoiding designs that extend across both sides if precise alignment is required.
Please note that these deviations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
When reprinting the same design, the output may be produced on different presses.
As a result, the color and finish may not match previous orders exactly.
For consistent results, we recommend placing bulk orders of 20 pieces or more through the large-lot order window.
Purple is challenging to reproduce accurately with inkjet printing, and the result may differ from how it appears on your monitor.
For example, purple may appear closer to red.
Additionally, the final color may vary depending on the garment material and base color, even when using the same design.
Textile products are printed using inkjet printing.
For colored T-shirts, you must create the full design in the color you want on the shirt.
We do not recommend applying a single solid color across the entire shirt, as this increases the risk of paint leakage.
In the case of full T-shirts, we do not recommend applying a single color because it increases the probability of paint leaks.
This product allows printing beyond the standard design tool area, and we recommend using this option for best results.
We offer full-surface inkjet printing for T-shirts (white, sizes S–XL) and muffler towels. All-over inkjet printing is also available for face towels.
To prevent important elements from being cut off, please place all essential parts of your design well within the designated area.
If the design does not extend to the red fill line in the editor, the white fabric of the T-shirt may remain visible.
On full-length T-shirts, paint leakage may occur in areas with fabric undulations, particularly on the sleeves and sides.
If the design leaves the fabric white in these areas, no leakage will be visible.
However, if a single solid color is applied to the entire body, leakage on the sleeves and sides may be noticeable.
For this reason, we do not recommend single-color full-body designs.
Full-surface inkjet printing is available for T-shirts (sizes S–XL), muffler towels, and face towels.
The arch function allows you to curve text. To use it:
Enter your text.
Click (or tap) on the text.
Open the Edit Palette Display.
Select the Arch option in the Editing Palette. The arch function icon is located in the editing panel.
To create vertical text, insert your text and then click (or tap) the vertical writing icon in the editing palette.
The blue frame in the design tool shows the printable area. Please ensure that your design fits within this frame.
You may upload files up to 20 MB in size.
If the file is too large, an error may occur during upload.
Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, AI, PSD, and PDF.
For PowerPoint designs, save the relevant artwork as an image before uploading. For Illustrator designs, convert the file to AI format and then upload it to the design tool.
To create a transparent background, you may:
Use the background transparency function in the design editor.
Upload an already-transparent design file.
Request our Free Design Creation and Background Transparency Service.
All design data must be submitted in RGB format.
If you are creating artwork in Illustrator or another design tool, please set the color mode to RGB.
Files created in CMYK are not supported, as they may cause color discrepancies or display errors.
Sleeve printing is available. However, for long-sleeved items, the print area is limited to the blue frame shown in the design tool. The entire sleeve cannot be covered.
We cannot accept design revisions once an order has been placed.
If you need changes, please cancel and submit a new order before production begins.
Once production has started, no changes can be made due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Your design will be printed in proportion to the item size as shown in the Design Tool. Specific print sizes cannot be designated.
Some fonts may not display all characters correctly in the Design Tool.
If text does not appear as expected, please try using a different font.
We offer a free background transparency service for one design sheet. Click here for details.
A preview image of your design will be sent within two business days of placing your order. Revisions can be made as needed. Once the design is finalized, production requires a minimum of 3 business days. Please allow additional time for production and shipping, and place your order well in advance.
Once our professional designer completes your design, you will receive it by e-mail for confirmation. After your approval, the production order will be prepared. Orders are shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
We also provide design suggestions. Please attach reference images or sketches and describe your ideas in the questionnaire at the time of order. Revisions are limited to two rounds, so supplying clear reference materials will help ensure a smooth process and a satisfactory final result.
All communication with designers is handled via e-mail. Please use e-mail for inquiries to ensure a quick and accurate response.
To request resizing, please contact the designer directly by e-mail.
However, resizing cannot be accommodated once a design has been finalized or production has begun.
Once a design is finalized and added to My Designs, you can order additional pieces starting from one unit.
If you are not in a rush, please place a new order through My Designs. If you would like new pieces produced and shipped together with your existing order, contact the designer by e-mail. Availability depends on production progress and payment status.
Payments are accepted by credit card via Stripe or PayPal.

Our direct delivery function allows you to ship orders under your own name or store name, without revealing that they originate from Up-T.

To extend the life of your prints:
– Wash garments inside out or in a laundry net to prevent cracking or peeling.
– Avoid bleach, tumble drying, or ironing directly on printed areas.
Shipping status may change due to shipping problems, manufacturer-related issues, inventory status, production status, or other reasons.

– Cancellations or changes are only accepted before production begins.

All Up-T products are custom-made per order. We cannot accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size, design changes, or change of mind.
