  We accept orders from our website. You can create a design and make payment on our website from here. For large orders, please send us a summary using the inquiry form in the "Corporate and Large Orders" section.Click here for more information.

• Supported Data Formats

  We support JPG, PNG, GIF, AI, PSD, and PDF up to 20MG.

  You can also upload photos taken with a digital camera or cell phone camera.

  Unavailable images will result in an error.

  We do not support direct submission in Illustrator.

  Please convert to AI and order from Design Tools.

• About fax and telephone orders

  Sorry, we only accept applications via the web. Please click here to create your design and place your order.

  For large orders of 20 pieces or more, please send us a summary using the inquiry form in the "Corporate and Large Orders" section of the top page.

• How to reorder a previously ordered design

  You can order again from your order history on My Page.

• If you would like us to create a design for you

  If it is difficult for you to process your own design, please use the "Free Design (or Transparent Background) Campaign".

• About ordering different sizes and colors

  If it is the same design, it can be added in the cart.

• Sending samples and catalogs

  We are sorry, but we do not support sending samples.

  We do not have a catalog, so please check from the item list.

• Consultation and ordering at the store

  There is no physical store. This service is only available on the Internet.

• Creating and Replacing Tags

About delivery time

• If you wish to have your order delivered earlier than 3 business days

  We accept orders for a minimum of 3 days, but same-day items can be shipped in as little as 1 business day.

  Items with "same-day" in the product name are eligible. The deadline for same-day items is 9:00 a.m. on weekday business days.

• Delivery time for same-day items and regular items ordered in the same order

  Orders placed within the same order will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Please keep in mind that we will ship in 3 business days even if the items are available immediately.

• About express shipping, etc.

  We do not offer the service of expediting shipping for an additional fee.

About shipping

• About the shipping address

  Only one shipping address can be specified per order.

  Shipping is free of charge. If you wish to split the order, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

• Convenience store delivery and business office detention

  We are unable to pick up at convenience stores.

  In addition, we do not accept delivery from the sales office due to loss prevention and the high possibility that the package will be sent back from the sales office.

• Delivery to Accommodations, etc.

  You may specify a delivery address, but please confirm the name and address of the delivery address with the hotel before placing your order.

• About specifying the delivery origin (direct delivery function)

• About date and time specification

  We are sorry, but we do not accept date and time requests.

About items and printing

• About gold and silver printing

  Since inkjet printing is a CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) cross printing, special colors such as gold, silver, lame, and fluorescent cannot be printed.

  If it was included in the design, it will be printed in CMYK with a close color tone. For example: gold→ ochre-like, silver→ grayish. Etc.

   

  User's Guide

• Reproducibility on the design tool

  Up-T will reproduce your design, but due to differences in monitors and ink reproduction methods, we are unable to reproduce 100% of the same colors. Also, the material of the item and the resolution of the design will affect the finished product. Please understand that the colors will be reproduced by inkjet CMYK ink. (The image of the original design uploaded and enlarged to the full size of an A4 sheet of paper by an inkjet printer will be close to the finished image.)

• Lines under 1mm

  Lines of less than 1 mm in actual size and less than 1 point will be difficult to reproduce.

  Please be careful if you are planning a detailed design.

• About the actual size of printing

  The size of the blue frame on the design tools on the front and back of the S-L T-shirts will be approximately 29cm×40cm.

  Actual sizes for kids' sizes, ladies' sizes, and sundries vary, so please contact us directly.
  Please note that the length may vary by about 1 cm due to the textile nature of the product.

• Printing Outside the Blue Border on the Design Tool

  Full inkjet printed items are available. For items other than full-surface inkjet print items, only the print area surrounded by blue lines will be printed.

• Printing of Smartphone Cases and Sundries

  Side surface printing Andoroid case, side surface printing Vacuum sublimation printing on the side surface of iPhone case Other cases are printed by UV inkjet printing only on the surface. Both can be printed in full color.

   

   

  Sundries are printed by UV inkjet, a full-color printing process.

• About the printing method for streamers

  We print with a full color print called sublimation transfer print.

• About Silk Screen Printing

  We accept orders of 50 or more pieces of the same design at the large-lot window. If you wish to place an order, please contact us atPlease click here to contact us. Our sales representative will respond to you.

• Printing Method (Textiles)

  Textile products will be printed by inkjet (CMYK) from the submitted data.

  User's Guide

  イFor textile items other than white, we apply a pre-treatment agent to improve ink fixation, print with white ink, and then print the design using inkjet (CMYK).

  White textile items will be printed by inkjet (CMYK) as is, resulting in a slightly lighter finish.

  Note that the output method differs from the monitor screen or terminal.

  Please note that we are not able to reproduce the image perfectly because it is reproduced by inkjet.

• Differences in Finish Depending on the Item

  Inkjet printing is slightly affected by the color of the material and fabric. For textile items other than white, we apply a pretreatment agent to improve ink fixation, print with white ink, which is called "white pull", and then print the design in inkjet (CMYK).

  White textile items will be printed by inkjet (CMYK) as they are, so the overall finish will be pale.

  Due to the above treatment process, colored items tend to be more clearly finished due to the white pull.

  Please note that the color may not be exactly the same as the design you submitted, depending on the printing method, and will be reproduced by inkjet printing.

• About the actual size of printed sleeves

  It is approximately 10 cm square (89 mm wide and 100 mm high).

• About color expression

  The colors of design data are expressed in RGB, which has a wide color gamut on PC and smartphone monitors, but actual prints are expressed in CMYK, which has a narrower color gamut.

   

  User's Guide

  Therefore, vivid colors in the RGB color gamut will be replaced by colors that are closer in CMYK.

  Also, colors created in RGB are a multiplication of light, while colors created in CMYK are a multiplication of actual ink.

  Please note that we may not be able to meet your requests for color fidelity.

• About fabrics containing polyester

  Polo shirts use mesh-like fabrics, while dry-type shirts use mesh-like fabrics such as honeycomb structures, and the print is slightly affected by the shirt's base color.

  This is a characteristic of the shirt fabric, so please understand this before designing.

  If color rendering is important, we recommend a material with a high cotton ratio.

• Misprinting of textile items

  Please note that the lengths of fabric products may differ slightly, even on the left and right sides.

  We do not guarantee that the left/right and top/bottom sides are perfectly aligned due to the quality standards of the manufacturer's products.

  Up-T prints the T-shirt centered on the middle of the width of the T-shirt, not on the tag.

  In the unlikely event that there is a gap of 2 cm or more on the left and right sides or up and down, please consult with us.

  Please note that an error of 2 cm or less on the left and right sides and up and down is due to the dimensions of the item.

  Please note that they are not eligible for refunds or remanufacturing.

   

   

• Points to note when submitting AI data

  If you create your work in AI data (CMYK) and upload it using our tools
  The image will be converted to PNG format in our tool for the printing process.

  
  Since the color mode of PNG is only RGB, inkjet printing will be done in CMYK at the printing stage.

   

  For the above reasons,

   

  1) Complete reproduction of Sumi Black (K100), Y100, etc.

  2) Printing with a clear distinction between black and dark gray or other dark colors.

   

  Please note that the following are not acceptable.

• About the color mode when submitting AI

  If the image is created in CMYK, the color discrepancy is reduced when compared to RGB, though,
  If one of the CMYK colors is 0%, when converting to RGB
  Some fading is inevitable.

   

  Whether created in CYMK or RGB
  Please note that we cannot guarantee the reproduction of colors in the finished product.

• About print position

  The printing position differs for each item and each size.

  Please note that the printed image will be scaled down or up depending on the size of the body. Please keep this in mind.

   

  Also, the preview image is intended to help you easily decide on the design.

  The position of the print may not be exactly the same as in the preview image.

  Please note that Up-T does not provide this service if you wish to have a complete reproduction.

   

  For the above reasons, we are unable to reproduce the complete

  If there is a discrepancy of 2 cm or more from the placement, we will ask you to measure the distance from the collar (under the ribs) to the top of the design.

• Reproduction of light-colored designs on a white body

  As stated on each product page, inkjet printing cannot reproduce white designs.

  (If you design it, it will be transparent.)

   

  Light colors (light gray, pastel colors, etc.) similar to white, in accordance with the above

  If the design is made on a white body, there may be cases where blurring occurs and printing is not possible to a large extent.

• Reproduction of White Body and White Design

• Points to note if you want clear printing

  We regret that we cannot make individual color adjustments.

  Up-T will reproduce the design by inkjet printing based on the design received, and the finished product will vary depending on the material, color, resolution of the design, etc.

  T-shirts other than 100% cotton white are colored relatively well.

  アIf the item color is white or polyester, the finish will be slightly lighter. For an image of the finished product, please check the enlarged print of the design image on A4 paper, which is close to the finished product.

• Can you confirm the design?

  Up-T uses the data provided by the customer, including resolution and image size, as is.

  This is a printing service.

   

  Therefore, we do not contact or confirm the design in advance.

• If you wish to print gradation on clear material

• Color difference between the item and the monitor

  If the fabric of the item is a mixed fabric, as in the case of the "Mokuro Gray Color."

  Some items are difficult to reproduce completely in design tools or on the product screen.

   

  This is due to the characteristics of the fabric.

  Even if it is not a mixed fabric, "the color is as close to the real thing as possible.

• Misprinting on sundries and smartphone cases

  Sublimation transfer printing will be used for (1) side surface printing (full-surface printing items).

  Please note that there may be a deviation of about 5mm during printing due to the application of heat in the printing process.

  Since the above occurs during the printing process, it cannot be completely avoided and is particularly noticeable near the sides.

   

  UV inkjet printing will be used for surface printing items.

  Please note that there may be a 2mm deviation during printing.

  User's Guide

  Please refrain from placing designs that you do not want to shift or break on both sides.

  Please note that the above cannot be completely avoided due to printing specifications and are not subject to defects.

• About the color of printing when reordering

  When we receive a request to create the same design again, it is printed out on multiple printing presses.

  The color and finish may not be exactly the same as the last time.

  Please consider ordering from the large-lot window for orders of 20 or more pieces for sale.

• About printing purple and dark pink in inkjet

  Purple is difficult to express in inkjet printing, and there is a difference in color between the monitor and the actual ink.

  (e.g.) The color may be close to red.

   

  Please note that even with the same design, the reproduced color will be affected by the material and product color.

About Full-Screen T-Shirts

• Printing Method (Textiles)

  Printed by inkjet printing.

• If you want a body other than white

  White only.

  If you would like to order a colored T-shirt, you will need to design the entire design in the color you would like to have on your T-shirt.

  In the case of full T-shirts, we do not recommend applying a single color because it increases the probability of paint leaks.

   

  As a product that allows designs to be printed outside of the normal design tool printing area.

  We recommend that you use this service.

• About items that can be printed on all sides

   Full-surface inkjet printed T-shirts (same as standard T-shirts in white, S-XL) and full-surface inkjet printed muffler towels (same as muffler towels) This is an all-over inkjet printed face towel (same as the face towel).

• About the possibility of printing out of design

  Designs that should not be cut off should be placed inside the design as much as possible.

  Also, please note that if the design is not extended to the full fill line (red line) of the design editor, the white base of the T-shirt may not be printed out.

• About the possibility of paint leaks in one-color paints

  For full-length T-shirts, due to the printing technique, there is a high possibility of paint leakage in areas where there are undulations in the fabric.

  (Sleeves and side areas have a high rate of paint leakage.)

  If the design makes use of white fabric, there is no problem because the sleeves and sides are not printed.

  If the body is painted in a color other than white, leakage of paint on the sleeves and sides will be noticeable.

  Please note that we do not recommend painting in one color for the above reasons.

• Full-surface printing on T-shirts and towels

  Inkjet printing is available on all surfaces. T-shirts (S-XL), muffler towels, and face towels are available.

• How to set up vertical writing

  Please use the vertical writing function. After inserting text, click (tap) the vertical writing icon to change to vertical writing.

• About printable position

  Please check the "blue frame" on the design tool. The "blue frame" indicates the range of design possibilities.

• Image size and extension of the data to be submitted

  Please upload your files up to 20MB.

  (*If the image is too large, an error will occur during uploading.)

  JPEG, PNG, GIF, AI, PSD, and PDF are available in our design tools.

• About submitting in PowerPoint and Illustrator

  If you are using PowerPoint, please save only the relevant design as an image. If you are using Illustrator, please convert the design to AI format and upload it to the design tool.

• If you wish to have a transparent background

  Please use the following three methods.
  (1) Transparency processing using the editor's background transparency function.
  (2) Upload after transparency by customer
  (3)Order from Free Design Creation Campaign and Background Transparency Service.

• About the format for submission to the tool

  Data must be uploaded in RGB when submitting.

  If you are creating your design in a design tool such as Illustrator

  Please create in RGB.

   

  If created in CMYK, it is not applicable for this service.

  This can cause color discrepancies from those on the preview screen or damage the design.

• About the design on the sleeve

  Sleeve designs are also possible. However, in the case of long sleeves, the printing area will only be within the blue frame of the tool, as the entire sleeve cannot be covered.

• About design modifications after ordering

  We are sorry, but we do not accept design revisions after an order has been placed.

  Please cancel your order and place a new order if it is before the start of production.

  Please note that we cannot accept any changes after production has started due to the made-to-order nature of the product.

• About specifying the print size of your design

  Up-T prints the design or image you provide in the Design Tool according to the size of the item, so we are not able to specify the print size.

• If the text is not reflected on the tool

  Depending on the font, some characters can be expressed while others cannot.

  If this is not reflected, please try a different font.

Free Design Creation and Background Transparency Service

• About Background Transparency

  We offer free transparency service from one sheet. Click here for more information.

• About the delivery date when using the design production service

  We will send you an image of the design (preview image) within two business days of your order. After confirming the design, we will make revisions as necessary. After the design is finalized, the product will be produced in a minimum of 3 business days, so please allow a few days for production. Please place your order well in advance.

• Confirmation after design creation

  After our professional designer has created the design, please confirm the design by e-mail. Once the design is finalized, our designer will prepare your production order for production and shipping. We will ship your order within 3 business days from the date of your production order.

• About design proposals

  We also offer design suggestions, etc. Please attach the design you would like to refer to and write it in the questionnaire at the time of application. Please note that revisions are limited to two times, so we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a sketch or other design proposal to ensure a satisfactory finish and smooth progress.

• About the designer's telephone support

  We will only contact you by e-mail. Please contact us by e-mail to ensure a quick and error-free response.

• Resizing after ordering with the design production service

  Please inform the designer directly by e-mail. 
  Please note that we are unable to accept orders when the design is finalized or production is in progress.

• If you wish to add more sheets

  After the design is finalized (after the designer prepares the order for production), the design will be added to My Designs, and you will be able to order additional pieces from My Designs, starting with one piece.

  If you are not in a hurry, please place an additional order through My Designs. If you wish to have them produced and shipped together, please let us know in an e-mail to the designer. (Depending on the progress and payment method, the designer will let you know.)

• About the direct delivery function

  The direct shipment function is a function that allows customers to change the sender and send directly to the customer without informing the customer that the shipment is being sent from Up-T.

• How to make your prints last longer

  How to Make Your Prints Last Longer

  To prevent cracking or peeling of the print caused by rubbing or stretching when wet, please turn the garment inside out or place it in a laundry net before washing.

  Avoid using bleach, tumble dryers, or ironing directly on the printed area.

Cancellation and Changes

  All Up-T products are made to order.

  Cancellations or changes can only be accepted before production begins.

  Once production has started, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes.

  To change or cancel an order, please contact us by 2:00 p.m. on the next business day after placing your order.

  If a Saturday falls within this period, the deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, as production operates on Saturdays.)

   

  Example:

  If you place an order at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, the deadline for changes is 12:00 p.m. on the same day.

   

  After this deadline, no cancellations or changes can be accepted

  All Up-T products—printed or plain—are made to order, with each item produced upon request.

  Cancellations and Changes

  Orders can only be changed or canceled by 2:00 p.m. on the next business day after the order is completed.

  (If a Saturday falls within that timeframe, changes are accepted until 12:00 p.m., as our production facility operates on Saturdays.)

  In the case of issues such as print smudges or product defects, we will investigate the situation.

About copyrighted designs

• Printing of copyrighted designs

  Up-T is a service that prints submitted designs without modification.

  Your design can be printed as submitted.

  If you have any concerns regarding copyright or portrait rights related to submitted designs, please contact us.

  Please note that Up-T is not liable for any damages resulting from copyright or portrait rights violations.

  In addition, if we determine that a design contains unethical or inappropriate content, we reserve the right to refuse printing.

  Thank you for your understanding.

• Sale of copyrighted designs

  If you complete Up-T's sales function, if you identify a design that conflicts with copyright, portrait rights, or vulgarity issues, please contact us.

  Please note that we may decide not to publish the information without prior notice.

   

  If you own the sales rights, we may ask you to submit a certificate.

  We appreciate your understanding.
