The response time to inquiries by e-mail is slow. The designing software freezes in the middle of the process, so it is not possible to create designs smoothly every time. The delivery time is slow, taking one week even though the company claims a minimum delivery time of three days. I would like the silk screen printing method to be standardized for all items, regardless of the number of orders. I would like to see a button for selecting between inkjet printing and silk screen printing on the creation screen or order screen. It says in the Q and A that this is possible by inquiring, but it is difficult to find and understand where it is written. I don't know if there is a gray rule that says it is OK if it is written somewhere on the website, but it is very difficult to browse the website, and it is a waste to have a poorly designed website for a company that does good work. We request a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand layout that even new users can easily understand.

I bought a black one and a green one last time and tried to buy the same one again, but the green one was out of stock in my size. I am sorry to say.
