Please note that printing will not be applied to the sides of the (UV)-printed phone case (transparent) on the surface. If you want to make use of the material itself (transparent areas), please upload PNG image data with the areas you want to make transparent. The transparent areas will remain transparent without printing.

When I created the T-shirt, the format for the shipping address was provided first, so I set the shipping address to another person, not me, who is logged in, but after I created the design and completed the payment, I checked the details to make sure that the name and the shipping address were correct. After creating the design and making the payment, I checked the detailed information and found that the name and address were registered with my logged-in address, while the destination address was the recipient. I contacted the support center, and they responded flexibly, and I am satisfied, but I do not understand why this happened, and I am not sure when I use the system next time.

First production
I designed a simple design in Powerpoint and uploaded a JPG file to have it produced. i thought the white background would be printed as the JPEG image was, so I made a white t-shirt, but I would like to make it in other colors as well, if it will be converted to line art and printed. It would be helpful if you could give me some information about that.

- White ink will not be printed on the product color "white". If you use white in your design, please note that the corresponding area will be transparent (the color of the material).
Please note that the white of the design will be printed on bodies other than white. Please be sure to make the areas you do not wish to print transparent (PNG format) before ordering.
