Printed surface is pleasant to the touch
We had an original design printed on a white T-shirt as a trial. The printed surface did not have a rough feel, nor did it look like a typical print pasted on the surface, but was pleasant to the touch! I ordered more!

[Pros] - The mother fabric is also solid. Good quality for the price. The quality is good for the price. The woman at the inquiry desk is easy to listen to and responds well. The response time to inquiries by e-mail is slow. The designing software freezes in the middle of the process, so it is not possible to create designs smoothly every time. The delivery time is slow, taking one week even though the company claims a minimum delivery time of three days. I would like the silk screen printing method to be standardized for all items, regardless of the number of orders. I would like to see a button for selecting between inkjet printing and silk screen printing on the creation screen or order screen. It says in the Q and A that this is possible by inquiring, but it is difficult to find and understand where it is written. I don't know if there is a gray rule that says it is OK if it is written somewhere on the website, but it is very difficult to browse the website, and it is a waste to have a poorly designed website for a company that does good work. We request a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand layout that even new users can easily understand.

Making UP-T
Even from the small data I made on my phone, it turned out beautifully. I am also satisfied with the material of the t-shirts and how well they are made.
I received a different one than I ordered.
I asked for embroidery on both sleeves, but received different characters than I ordered. They were supposed to be "Sakibana" and "Irin", but both are now "Irin".
■Notes on ordering
- White ink will not be printed on the product color "white". If you use white in your design, please note that the corresponding area will be transparent (the color of the material).
Please note that the white of the design will be printed on bodies other than white. Please be sure to make the areas you do not wish to print transparent (PNG format) before ordering.
