It was defective at first but...

I ordered a black t-shirt with a front print, but the first one I received had a crooked print and I emailed them right away, even though it was late at night. The reply came back quickly and I even sent a picture of it that night for confirmation. The next day, I was told that they were able to confirm with the person in charge, and they immediately reassigned the order. They sent it back to me as quickly as possible. The response to my email was very helpful and courteous. I am very satisfied with the newly received ones and they are printed properly. I will order again.

Best workmanship
