The reasons given for their answers include: to understand the reputation and image of the company, not being able to actually see the store, and wanting to know about the response and quality of the service. It seems that many people are anxious about not being able to see the stores with their own eyes. Since they cannot see the products in their hands, they tend to think that they have confirmed the reliability of the products by looking at the reviews of people who have actually used the mail-order sites. Some people also seem to be concerned about the response to problems, and feel that they can obtain highly reliable information about the number of problems and the response to them by looking at reviews, and may consider this to be the best criterion for determining whether or not they can purchase a product with peace of mind.

It can be said that they want to avoid the worst case scenario where they do not get their money back even if they request a refund. Also, they may not want to cry themselves to sleep if they find a problem with the product and it is not handled properly. It seems that they have a strong sense of not wanting to cause trouble and get involved in troublesome situations.
