デザインの位置がずれていたため、問い合わせメールより再生産の依頼をしたが、メールのやりとりに時間がかかったのと、明らかに目で見ても分かるズレだったので、もっとスムーズに再生産の依頼ができるものと思ったが、 The correspondence was detailed and tedious; it would have been nice if we could have used a chat format like LINE to smoothly respond to inquiries and attach images, but we were told to wait for a reply to our e-mail because they did not accept inquiries by phone regarding this case. I didn't want to cry myself to sleep, so after multiple email exchanges, they finally seemed to be convinced and started to reproduce the product, but...it was not a very pleasant response.
