It was different from the preview
I was disappointed that the illustration on the event backpack I received the first time was smaller than the one I saw in the preview, but when I provided details, they immediately responded and printed it larger again. Thank you very much for your prompt response.

I received the lightweight pull hoodie.
This was my first hoodie and I didn't notice any shine around the print like I did with the t-shirt, even on a black background. The picture is after one wash and there is no shine around the print at all. The colors of the design were just as I expected.

When the t-shirts came out, there was an error in the size of the print in relation to the size of the t-shirts, but when I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and I received the t-shirts printed in the correct size shortly thereafter.

- White ink will not be printed on the product color "white". If you use white in your design, please note that the corresponding area will be transparent (the color of the material).
Please note that the white of the design will be printed on bodies other than white. Please be sure to make the areas you do not wish to print transparent (PNG format) before ordering.
