I ordered on July 21 and received an email on July 26 that the production had started, but as of August 3, I have not received it. What a pity. What was the purpose of the event T-shirt? They ignored my inquiries. What a shame. Really, really, really bad. I was sad to see that the person who received the T-shirt was wearing it. What's wrong with not being able to wear it on the day of the event? It's a real bummer. I ordered it early so that it would arrive in time for the event, but it never arrives? I can't even contact them. It's just so bad. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

My daughter's illustrator (who lives in New York) sent me a design and I had it made into a t-shirt at your company. I showed it to my friends and some of them wanted one. I was very happy. I heard that your company can also sell them, so I will give it a try next time.
■Notes on ordering
- White ink will not be printed on the product color "white". If you use white in your design, please note that the corresponding area will be transparent (the color of the material).
Please note that the white of the design will be printed on bodies other than white. Please be sure to make the areas you do not wish to print transparent (PNG format) before ordering.
