We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that customers wash the garments themselves before wearing.
1 Please note that regardless of whether the order is a regular order or a direct shipment order (sales), it may be delivered with the pre-treatment agent remaining in the package.
2: The treatment agent is more noticeable on dark colors than on light colors, and may not be removed after one washing, but will gradually lessen.
For T-shirts, the recommended image size is 3600×4890 pixels or larger with a resolution of 300 dpi. However, smaller images can also be submitted. However, please note that some images may be rough. If the image covers the entire printing area of the T-shirt, an enlarged print of the original uploaded image on a full sheet of A4 paper will be close to the finished image.
If the "Shipper Information" is left blank, it will be included with the merchandise. Please fill in the address part by yourself as it is left blank.
For bank transfers of 50,000 yen or more, a receipt is not included.
The "Receipt E-mail" sent to you by e-mail at the time of transfer confirmation will be the receipt we can issue.
