Sublime, a party held every Saturday night at Maniaclove, a legendary techno club founded in 1993 in Aoyama, Tokyo, quickly became a major influence on the club scene, and in 1994 It became the foundation for the establishment of Sublime Records in 1994. This T-shirt is a special new design, recreating such a historic night. To keep the memory of this era alive, we asked Noriaki Hirota, Maniaclove's total producer and logo designer, to design this T-shirt based on the "Sublime" flyer from that time. Mr. Hirota's design was inspired by the "electronic horizon and the rising sun," and was completed to convey the atmosphere of the club scene of the 90s to the current era. This design symbolizes the limitless possibilities and hope that the underground scene in Tokyo and around the world in the 90's was pregnant with. Maniaclove was open from 1993 to 2005 and was a gathering place for many talented artists, with DJ WADA and YAMA, who founded Sublime Records, as resident DJs. Sublime" was later renamed "Cycle" and remained a household name until the club closed its doors. This T-shirt is a valuable item that tells the story of such a historic club and party in this day and age. Through this T-shirt, experience the excitement and frenzy of that night again, and feel the sympathy and togetherness of being a part of the club culture of the 90s.
