The print sharpness and color accuracy were spot on! As for delivery, I actually had to instruct DHL to hold off delivering for a few days as this came faster than expected and I wouldn't be home to accept the delivery. I'll be ordering again from Up-T.

I sent a jpeg file of an employment letter to have embedded into a standard t-shirt. UP-T had my order processed and delivered quickly. I ordered on a Friday night, and the shirts arrived at my front door 10 days later. Keep in mind the order shipped from Tokyo and arrived in Florida. The print quality is perfect. It looks just like the letter that I received in the mail. Great job!!

    Yes. UP-T employs a powerful discount system called  "Bulk Purchase Discount"
    ! Some items are discounted by up to 50% (half price) per item, so please take advantage of it. In addition, customers who have made a purchase once will receive  "U Points" that can be used on their next purchase. By using U Points, you can create original goods at an even lower price!

  • Will it arrive the same day I place the order?

    Items eligible  for same-day shipping can be shipped as quickly as the same day. Other items generally ship within 3 business days. Shipping dates depend on the order details and the workload at the printing factory, so please contact our  24-hour customer support for more information.

  • How do I place an order?

    • You can create your own design using the online design tool. You are free to add text, place stamps, or upload your own photos and images.


    • Once your design is ready, click “Go to cart” → proceed to payment. Payment methods include credit card and PayPal.

  • How long does delivery take?

    • After your order and payment are completed, items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

    We usually ship your order within 3 business days after your order is confirmed. After shipping, we will email you tracking numbers. Please check the latest delivery status and estimated delivery date on the carrier’s website using that tracking numbers.
