The image quality itself is good, but I was disappointed that the print was so thin that it looked used from the beginning.

I ordered a mini towel, but the image I ordered was cut off. The image I ordered was cut off. I had made sure it was within the frame at the creation stage, but it was cut off because it was out of the frame. I called the company and was told that they would contact me later, but I received an email saying that the machine had made the order as ordered and that they could not cancel the order, and I received an invoice. I am not convinced that I received something completely different from what I ordered and was charged for it, but it seems that I am at fault. I was told to allow plenty of time if I wanted to include all the images, etc., but that's impossible when there are no boundaries or markings or anything. I don't know what the preview is for, but I don't think it's necessary if they can't deliver what they say they will. I think that's crazy.... I ordered a T-shirt as a gift for a friend, but it didn't arrive in time.

I made a T-shirt with a picture of my dog on it. I am very happy with the print, it is not too thick and soft to the touch.
